Complex prog metal in the vein of mid-period Fates Warning, or more closely Manitou (the one with Spiral Architect's vocalist, not the power metal band). Pretty good stuff, although I could see the vocalist not being loved by many. Then again, he sounds like Ray Alder, who some people love, so maybe I'm the only one.
